HOW TO get started?
STEP 1
The first thing you should do is come in and experience one of our classes – Your first class is FREE.
There is no need to worry about your current fitness level or age, our classes are designed to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.
Feel free to bring along family or friends as we support a social and welcoming environment.
STEP 2
Sign up.
We do need you to fill in a training waiver and to attend a skills session within your first four weeks. This session runs the first Tuesday night of each month.
During this time you will spend time with one of our trainers covering a range of skills, lifts and movements to hep give you your next steps. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions without the pressure of the class environment.
